awards ceremony today. It was done by in the Global Issues 25X1
section of NFAC. It is too detailed for me o use in my talk but the
matter of disparities in the cost and nature of the financing
available to our international competitors is a subject which should
be reflected in the long-awaited economic estimate. This may be helpful
