SUBJECT: Meeting of the Reagan Administration

I got a call from the White House urging me to have all Presidential
appointees, non-career SIS and Schedule C employees here attend a meeting
on Wednesday, 20 January 1982, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., place to
be determined. You and I seem to be the only ones who qualify. I take it
as a report on the first year of the Administration and plans for the
second. Among the speakers will be The President, The Vice President, the
the Counsellor to the President, the Chief of Staff, the Deputy Chief of
Staff, the Secretary of Defense and the Director, Office of Management and
Budget.
