SUBJECT: Worldwide Testimony
For my worldwide briefing I will want information on Soviet arms flow
and advisors around the world. Take a look at the film that
showed me last week. I will probably want a picture of the number of
boats, how many float every week, a map showing the sarms sales, countries
to which the arms sales go, or perhaps a table would do it better, and
another table on what's being sent to Cuba during 1981 and 1982. You
might get that underway. I really want to finish that job off next week.
