SUBJECT: Nonaligned Movement
What do you think of looking ahead at the nonaligned movement --
whether it's gathering strength, what it's likely to mean for us for
our policy, our relationships, intelligence as well as diplomatic;
the current efforts of Egypt, Venezuela and Colombia and Venezuela
for admission. Mubarak's reaction to the Libyan-Sudanese embro lio
also raised this question in my mind.
Part of the
research might involve consultation with the DDO geographic division
directors to get their perception on this aspect.
