1. In talking to our boss last evening I promised him a review of
Intelligence Community progress over the last three years.
2. Could you get together some paragraphs on each of the following,
including interesting incidents, examples, perhaps statistics which will
give him a feel for what we've done with the support he has given us:
a. Humint capability and performance.
b. Counterintelligence.
c, Restoration of paramilitary capability and operations.
d. Restoration of worldwide informational capability and
performance.
f. Counter-insurgency capability and performance.
g. Anti-tech transfer successes.
h. Anything else.
