MEMORANDUM FOR:. Deputy Director of Central Intelligence
Deputy Director for Operations
FROM: Director of Central Intelligence
John Bross tells me that he heard that Brzezinski is complaining
that the CIA has not been aggressive enough in protecting its agents,
referring to agents languishing too long in jail. John was unclear
as to what period of time he was talking about but I would like to see
a review of this as of this time.
