I asked for a report on lessons learned from the recent TWA
Hijacking, did a good job. His memo is attached.
I would like for you to look at this and develop as soon as possible
a report on what is happening and what the prognosis is for
implementing these recommendations. Also attached is a similar
report from Bob Gates.
