SUBJECT: NIC Production Plan
1. I am very pleased with what you have done with the
NIC Production Plan. In light of the urgency of our concerns
and the amount of information we have on hand, it would be well
if the estimates on Troubled Syria and on Libyan and Syrian
Support for Terrorism could be brought forward. This, however,
is not worth changing your program and Troubled Syria is probably
more important to bring forward than Libyan and Syrian Suppport
or Terrorism which is constantly updated.
2. I like your approach to DIA's request for an MIA estimate.
