2. Included are two papers for your review and comment. The first
addresses the issue oTi "center" to manage the narcotics intelligence effort,
and the second is a State/INM contribution. At the 29 August meeting, we will
also table an additional paper for review on the status of narcotics
intelligence coordination to date.
3. I will be on annual leave from 20-24 August; any questions can be
raised with Jon Wiant, Chairman/CIPC Narcotics Working Group on 632-9032.
