1. This memorandum confirms my request for OTS support in preparation of
a "COMIREX Certificate of Service." In the referenced meeting I described the
general requirements we have for this certificate. A copy of the sample that
I provided is attached for your information. (The layout in the STAT
sample is only one possible approach; we are open to any alternate formats
that your staff may design.) STAT
2. There is no definite deadline for completion of this project, and it
can.be accomplished on a "time-available" basis. If possible, we would like
to be sition to issue the first certificate in the early July time
frame.
