and Signal Processing Short Course to be offered at Penn State, October 21
through 25, 1985. I would appreciate your bringing this short course to the

The course is designed to introduce participants to the basic concepts of
underwater sound generation, propagation, and reception, as well as to expand
upon specific aspects of underwater acoustics and sonar signal processing that
