I commend the Office of Training and Education for its initiative in
developing courses to prepare Agency employees to counter the threat of
terrorism in international travel. Not only have you considered the
official traveler but also the unofficial traveler by your planning of
the Foreign Travel Awareness Program. I know that many employees in the
Office of Information Services would be highly interested in attending.
