We need your support in filling the position of a GS-14
course director/instructor in the DS&T Training Program.
Although the position has been advertised throughout the DS&T and
the Agency, it remains vacant. Until it is filled we will be
unable to provide all of the training proposed in the FY-85
training program we presented to you in December 1984.
Specifically, the Program Management and Budget Course, scheduled
for September/October 1985, may need to be postponed.
Additionally, we will not be able to.maintain the quality of the
Contract Process Course into FY-86. It is essential that the
course director/instructor position be filled as soon as possible
by a person with relevant DS&T experience in contracts and
