Retirement and Disability System
This is to advise you that you have been approved for designation as
a participant in the CIA Retirement and Disability System. Since you have
completed more than 15 years of Agency service, you are entitled to elect
to remain in the System for the remainder of your career. Forwarded
herewith is a memorandum for you to indicate your election. After this
memorandum has been signed, it should be forwarded to the Executive
Secretary, CIA Retirement Board, Room 906, Ames Building. Upon receipt
of this memorandum your designation will be effected.
