Speaking for all of the employees at CIA, I want to thank you for
participating in the Cornerstone Laying Ceremony for our new building. As a
popular former DCI, the employees were pleased that you would take the time to
play a leading role in the Ceremony. We are proud of the building and look
forward to its completion. This Ceremony marked a very important milestone in
its construction.
