Monthly Report of Obligations and
Expenditures - August 1985
REFERENCE: Memo to Comptroller fm DDA, dtd 30 Jan 85

1. Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments
and a*penditures in New Headquarters Building
Construction, for August 1985 (Attachment A). Two transactions
occurred during this period: one a payment to the Virginia
Department of Highways and Transportation relating to the A$E
study for the Route 123 access project, and the other a
commitment for work related to the secure phone system by
Electrical Services Co.
2. Also attached are the monthly Open Obligation Activity
Report (OOAR) and the Open Commitment Activity Report (OCAR)
for this FAN as of 31 August 1985 (Attachment B), and the
Status of Allotments report for the period ending 31 August
(Attachment C).
3. Third quarter expenditures certified by the General
Services Administration Project Manager were vouchered early in
September, and will appear in the report for that month.
