Monthly Report of Obligations and
Expenditures - March 1985
REFERENCE: Memo from DDA to Compt, dated
30 Jan 1985, Same Subject
1. Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments,
and expenditures in New Headquarters Building
Construction, for March 1985 (Attachment A). Also attached are
copies of the monthly and six-month Open Obligation Activity
Report (OOAR) and Open Commitment Activity Report (OCAR) for
this FAN as of 31 March 1985 (Attachment B).
2. The most recent Status of Allotments reports for the
end of March 1985 are included as Attachment C.
3. The General Services Administration Project Manager's
quarterly report and certification of expenditures for the
quarter ending 31 March 1985 has been received and will be
reviewed and processed in April. Expenses certified on this
report total $6,621,878.
4. During March 1985, Bid Package #2 was obligated at

exception ($1,050), the FY 1984 construction funds were fully
obligated by this action.
