I would like to nominate) (Special
Assistant for Science and Technology in INR, for the
Chairmanship of STIC. has an extensive technical
background and considerable experience in foreign affairs
matters. He is currently INR representative to STIC and COMEX
and has participated over the last few years in several S&T
NIEs. His resume is attached.
We think that the Chairmanship of STIC and TTIC should
rotate and that a change of Agency can allow for productive
representation of alternate views and approaches within the
Intelligence Community.
