1. The revised agenda for the 13 March Policy Board meeting and
the minutes of the last meeting, which was held on 3 February 1986,
are included in Attachment 1. Relevant information pertaining to
the agenda items also is attached for your background (Attachment 2).
2. Discussion of a recent report by the President's Commission
on Organized Crime is a key agenda item. Attachment 3 contains a
summary of recommendations from the report. Several of the
Commission's recommendations involve Intelligence Community
equities, and I have highlighted these in Attachment 4 along with my
comments and those of OGC.
