POINTS TO BE MADE IN MR. CASEY'S REMARKS AT THE BUILDING
1. Thank the President for his presence and the enormous
support it indicates for the National Security Agency in
particular and the intelligence community in general.
2. NSA, and the Secretary of Defense emphasized, is a unique
mix of military and civilian talent which supports daily
our military forces.
3. NSA is also a truly "national" institution which performs
in support of the government at large, both in intelligence
and in protecting our communications.
4. Praise is due the leadership at every level for the
continued outstanding performance of this intelligence team.
