SUBJECT: Report of the CIA Human Resource Task Force
1. I'd like to meet with the three of you to review what our objectives
should be and on what kind of a schedule we can move ahead on this report
of the program for CIA personnel strategy for the 1990s. I would like to
start by developing a realistic schedule against which we can check progress.
2. Would you also have prepared a letter of comment tol on the
suggestions that he sent in his letter of 6 October 1986.
