SUBJECT: Personnel Security Adjudication Seminar
1. The Office of Security is sponsoring a Personnel Security
Adjudication Seminar on 8 and 9 April 1986 at the
This forum will bring together Security, Medical and Personnel
experts from the Intelligence Community with their private sector
counterparts to discuss our Agency's adjudicative standards in the
light of contemporary society.
2. We will be exploring four principal topics: adult sexual
problems, adult criminal activity, financial responsibility, and
substance abuse (drugs and alcohol) and misuse of prescription drugs.
3. I'd like very much to inject the consumers' viewpoint into
our deliberations. To this end I'm also inviting a few senior
officials.
4. If you are unable to attend, please let me know the names of
