SUBJECT: Domestic Frequency Assignment
1. The Office of Communications (OC) is currently reviewing
the Agency Master Frequency Register. This review is conducted
in coordination with the National Telecommunications and
Information Administration and the Federal Communications
Commission to ensure that respective frequency management records
correspond. To assist us in this endeavor, we ask that the
addressees provide a complete list of all domestic frequencies,
including details regarding how each frequency is used. The
information should be keyed to the following format:
a. Frequency
b. Category (sensitive/non-sensitive)
c. Dates and hours of operation
d. Emission/Bandwidth
e. Station class (fixed/mobile, etc.)
f. Transmit power (specify if repeater operation)
g. Transmit location (city/state)
h. Receive location (city/state)
i. Type transmit antenna/antenna main
j. Secure telephone number of responsible officer
