REFERENCE: Your Memo, dtd 7 Apr 86, Same Subject
1. Based on conversations held between our respective
staffs, CIA is in agreement of establishing T-1 secure voice/data
connectivity. 0
2. It is our understanding that the White House
Communications Agency will:
a. Provide a complete CY-104Bravo system to CIA, and;
b. Order one (1) T-1 link between CIA, McLean and
the White House, of which CIA will assume the monthly

3. It is requested that this connectivity be considered as
