Regarding the SOVA research program,
for each of the following subjects I would
like two separate pieces of paper. The
first would list the papers we are projecting
in FY-87. The second set would list papers
completed in the last year or two.
The subjects are:
o Soviet strategic posture and likely
new initiatives (respond to DCI/DDCI
comments re macro-Soviet outlook papers,
what they'll do next in Third World,
and effect on Soviets of US willingness
to use force).
