or 40th session of the Executive Leadership and Management Program, which
runs in October 1981 and September 1982, The required copies of the bio-
graphic profile, fitness reports and official personnel file are attached.

3. has been involved during the past several years with
the management of NFAC's program on advanced Soviet military technologies
and future weapons systems, as well as with evaluating the utility of
proposed major systems. This role has brought him in
direct and con inuing contact with both government and industrial pro-
grams, and he has established for the Agency excellent work relationships.
This background of experience will continue to play an important part
in his future career and will permit him to be a superb Agency repre-
sentative in the FEI Executive Education Program.
4. has an outstanding future in intelligence. I believe
that the proposed program, with its prime objective of facilitating the
executive improvement of individuals will contribute
substantially to his progress into positions of even greater responsibility
in the future.
