Gentlemen,
Since we discussed this, another thought
occurs to me and to some of my people. It might
make sense to consider going further than the
proposal made in the attached memorandum and make
the NIC Chairman a co-chairman of the IPC, given
the NIC's Community-wide production role. I would
solicit your comments. If either of you should
not concur, I'll take this no further. On the
other hand, should you both concur, I'll add a
cover note to this effect on the attached memo
as it goes up to the DDCI and DCI.
