1. I would like to commend ~ for his very excellent piece in
the recent issue of the NESA Staff Notes on the "Iraqi Way of War."
Although the Community has kicked this issue around for quite sometime,
this is the best piece of analysis yet put together bringing in a whole
variety of major factors which influence Iraq's behavior in the war.
2. A great deal of time has been spent in this town at the
intelligence and policy level to understand Iraq's peculiar behavior in
the war. I believe this paper deserves broader distribution.
efforts contribute significantly to this ongoing discussion.
