1. Progress Reports on Tasks Assigned by the DCI/DDCI:
None.
2. Items or Events of Major Interest That Have Occurred During the
Preceding Week:
a. A special Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting will be held
on 1 July 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the McLean Community Center Building,
McLean, Va. This special TAC meeting was requested at the 23 June TAC
meeting by the Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee. In response to this
request, the Chief,, New Building Project Office, OL, as Chairman of the
TAC, representatives of the Virginia Department of Highways and
Transportation, and Dewberry and Davis, will brief residents of Evermay
Section 7,on''the treatment of the area between J -heir property and the new
inters-e tion at Route 193

b. Another major milestone was reached in the constuction of the
New Headquarters Building (NHB). On 25 June, the new 15KV switchgear at
the Powerhouse was energized. This equipment will eventually serve power

c. Progress is continuing at the Powerhouse upgrading the chilled
water system. Four new chillers have been connected to the chilled water
system. Work is continuing on the installation of the last two new
STAT chillers.
d. Paving of the second third of the South lot on the Headquarters
C compound began kWndsy 30 June Z49,oa. The lot will be striped and completed
STAT 'Or about a week ahead of the scheduled 14 July opening.
