United States Network Activity, General Operations Group, Office
of Information Training with TRW Electronics Inc. of San Luis
Obispo, CA. This will provide for repair and
return of Agency-owned TRW equipment.
g. Agency Contracts Group, Office of Logistics, has awarded
a firm-fixed-price contract for to Delta Electronics of
Alexandria, Virginia. The contract provides for the acquisition
of an antenna switching matrix and a matrix control unit to meet
operational requirements of Office of Communications, Foreign
Network Division. Delivery of all supplies is expected by
30 September 1987.

c.The Agency Contracts Group prepared a competitive request
for proposal for engineering support relative to the Security
Threat Analysis Reporting System (STARS) being developed by the
Office of Security's Analysis Division. The STARS is intended to
provide flexible access to intelligence reports, surveys, design
data and models and other information which will permit Office of
Security threat analysis to conduct in-depth threat analysis to
Agency facilities worldwide. The acquisition is to result in a
fixed-price term (level-of-effort) contract providing for review,
analysis and recommendations relative to commercially available
computer workstations, network and workstation software, computer,
equipment, training definition. etc.
