SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
FY 1987 THIRD QUARTER
? CIA CONTRACTING MANUAL (CCM)
The final review. and editing of the CCM has been completed, and it
will be printed and distributed during July 1987. Duplicate
clauses will be deleted from the Solicitation Provision and
Contract Clause book to reduce the clause book volume by
approximately 400 pages. The revised contract clause book is
scheduled for printing and distribution coincident with the CCM.
? CONTRACT TEAM REVIEWS
The procurement management review (PMR) team completed its review
of the contract teams in the Directorate of Intelligence (DI) and
the Foreign Broadcast Information Service, Directorate of Science
and Technology (DS&T/FBIS). The DI report is completed and has
been submitted for senior management review. The DS&T/FBIS report
has been written and will soon be sent to the appropriate offices
for comment. The PMR team has commenced its review of the Office
of Research and Development, DS&T, contracting component which
will be completed next quarter.
