2. (S/D) REMARKS: THE SILO DOOR IS OPEN AND THE AREA AROUND THE
SILO A R0 iV S DARKENED. A LAUNCH ASSIST DEVICE (LAD), NOT
PRESENT IS ON THE GROUND NORTHEAST OF THE
SILO NEXT TO A LAD FROM A PREVIOUS SS-18 LAUNCH. AN SS-18 ICBM
WAS LAST LAUNCHED FROM THIS SILO
