1. (S/D) SIGNIFICANCE: THE ROAD BLOCKS THAT HAVE,BEEN SET UP AND
THE BYPASSES BUILT SUGGEST THE BRIDGE MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGE.
2. (S/D) REMARKS: NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE BRIDGE IS
DISCERNIBLE. HOWEVER, ROAD BLOCKS, SET UP
CONTINUE TO PREVENT ACCESS TO THE BRIDGE. CONSTRUCTION
MATERIAL IS ON THE SOUTHERN APPROACH TO THE BRIDGE. VEHICLE
MOVEMENT CONTINUES ON THE EARTHEN BYPASS ROADS CONSTRUCTED ON
THE EAST (NOT ON GRAPHIC) AND WEST SIDES OF THE BRIDGE.
