1. (S/D) SIGNIFICANCE: AN AEROSPACE COMPONENT HANDLING DOLLY,
SIMILAR TO ONE PRE IOUSLY SEEN AT RAMENSKOYE FLIGHT TEST CENTER
IS OBSERVED AT KUYBYSHEV AEROSPACE PRODUCTION
2. (S/D) REMARKS: THE EMPTY DOLLY IS BENEATH THE AEROSPACE
COMPONENT Y CRANE, AND IS PERPENDICULAR TO THE OVERHEAD
CROSSMEMBERS OF THE CRANE. THE DOLLY IS SIMILAR TO ONE WHICH
HAD BEEN OBSERVED AT RAMENSKOYE, AT LEAST UNTIL ocvi
IT CAN NOT BE DETERMINED IF THAT DOLLY WAS AT RAMENSKOYE ON 25X1
THE DOLLY OBSERVED AT KUYBYSHEV ON 25X1
MAY OR MAY NOT BE THE SAME ONE SEEN EARLIER AT RAMENSKOYE.
(S/D) CONSTRUCTION APPEARS TO BE COMPLETE ON THE AEROSPACE
COMPONENT GANTRY CRANE, AND THE PAD AREA AROUND THE CRANE HAS
BEEN CLEARED OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT. AN OPENING HAS BEEN
CUT IN THE FENCE NORTHEAST OF THE GANTRY, PROVIDING ACCESS TO
THE KUYBYSHEV/BEZYMANKA AIRFIELD GANTRY RAIL 25X1
CONSTRUCTION IS CONTINUING BETWEEN THE GANTRY CRANE AND THE
ASSEMBLY HALL, AND FINAL SURFACING WORK ALONG THE CENTER OF THE
ACCESSWAY IS IN PROGRESS.
