SUBJECT: Master Plan Weekly Review Meeting
1. The weekly review meeting for the Master Plan
development was held in the office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill
(SOM) in Washington, D.C. on 1R September 19R1. The following
persons were present:

Alan Carroll, SOM
John Livengood, SOM
Elizabeth Scullin, JF-HK & Associates
Rafael Cervantes, Cervantes & Associates
Marsha Pruitt, GSA
2. SOM forwarded a geotechnical proposal from Dames & Moore
to do test borings in the area of the new building and the
parking structure. Since this proposal does not include layout of
test holes, SOLE" proposed to engage Cervantes & Associates to do
this portion of the work. SOM will submit a formal proposal
including both quotations.
3. It was agreed that cost information will not be
discussed during the NCPC information presentation in October.
4. SOM presented three alternative designs for the proposed
Reception Center. The Agency will review the proposals and
select one to be shown on the Master Plan.
