Dear Ws. Scharf:
The General Services Administration (GSA) and the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) are preparing a Master Development Plan, an Environmental
Assessment, any a Master Utility Systems Plan for the CIA headquarters
located in Langley, Virginia.
-ie are requesting that an informational briefing be scheduled for pre-
sentation of these plans to the Co-mission during the month of October.
Submission of these plans to the Commission for review and cent is
scheduled for early January, l9s2.
