1. The Building Planning Staff, OL (BPS/OL) has reviewed
the referenced subject and does not recommend any modifications
to the Draft Element or Draft Planning Report at this time.
2. It is interesting to note that National Capital Planning
Commission proposes to continue an advisory role in Federal
projects outside the District of Columbia.
3. Although the text of the Draft Planning Report is
somewhat lengthy, the BPS does not find any additional or
negative impact on the Agency's building programs.
