J. McMahon came in with attached and said he
was appalled that we would select a firm that
is government owned and he is almost tempted to
not select them, but would be willing to listen
to your arguments. he said to make sure pro-
visions by Sporkin are complied with in the
future and in the future he does not want. to
do business with foreign firms and thinks we
need a policy on any dealing with partially
owned foreign firms.
