Dear Paul,
On behalf of the Agency and the General Services
Administration, I would like to take this opportunity to express
our sincere appreciation for the splendid presentation
CRS/Sirrine made to the Evaluation Board on 14 April 1982. Your
participation throughout the presentation was certainly a
positive indication of your personal commitment to the project.
The facilities tour was particularly impressive, and we
appreciated the opportunity to meet Bill Caudill and 'Tillie Pena.
The active use of computer graphics by both CRS and J. E. Sirrine
represents a commitment to the future and a willingness to
explore new ways of accomplishing old tasks.
The Board has now completed interviews with all three firms,
and it is anticipated that the notification of the final ranking
will be made no later than 1 June 1982.
Please extend my personal thanks to Ralph Aiken and all
members of the joint venture who participated in the
presentation.
