SUBJECT: Ten-Year Plan for Construction
1. The DDCI has requested a study of the construction plans
of the Agency for the period 1982 to 1992. I have asked the
Building Planning Staff, OL, to assume responsibility for this
study in addition to the completion of the Headquarters Master
Plan. F7
2. Since there is an existing Building Planning Committee
in being, it seems logical to rely on that body to assemble the
information needed for this new study. Therefore, barring any
objection on your part, the Comm' ee will be convened within ten
days to address this subject. 25X1
