The field inspection plans for the CIA's proposed offsite road improvements to
Routes 123-193 have been developed by Dewberry and Davis and we are enclosing two
copies of the plan for your information.
A meeting to discuss the plans will be held in our Northern Virginia District Office,
10777 Main Street, Fairfax, Virginia on June 5, 1986, at 10:00 a.m., and you are invited
to attend.
Once the plans have been updated as a result of any recommendations made at the
meeting, we will be in a position to hold a meeting with the CIA Traffic Advisory
Committee to review the proposed design. Mr. S. R. Conley will advise you when the
plans will be available so you can arrange the meeting.
