SUBJECT: Proposed Revision o and Revalidation of
Compliance with Security Regulations
(Jobs #1113 and #1192)
1. This proposed revision of was initiated by the
Office of Security. It includes a new paragraph i, Additional
Sanctions, which stipulates the adherence to security requirements
published in Title 32, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1903.
These have been published in the Federal Register, Vol. 5, No. 87,
6 May 1985. Any amendments thereto also will be published in the
Federal Register. The remainder of the headquarters regulation
and the entire field regulation are revalidated with a current
date.
2. The security requirements published in the Federal
Register will be incorporated in a revised as an
attachment, which is currently being processea. ies of the
requirements as they appear in that publication can be obtained
from the Office of General Counsel library.
3. We plan to send the proposed revision and revalidation
forward on 15 August 1985 for approval to publish in the Agency's
regulatory system. If you have any questions or comments, please
contact the undersigned before that date.
