1. We in OTS are very encouraged that, as pointed out. in
Referenced memorandum, you are making preparations to take over
from GSA the support of our complex. It is encouraging to see
that we all agree that it is hopeless to pursue this matter with
GSA.
2. We are also grateful for the recent flurry of activity
noted here both outside and inside our buildings. The grounds
are being properly maintained now and we are very encouraged by
the interior painting which has occurred over the past few weeks.
