SUBJECT: Request for Consulting Service
1. The Office of SIGINT Operations is currently planning
for a commercial multi-media production company to produce an
unclassified recruitment video to be shown to potential OSO
applicants.
. 2. A panel of OSO employees has been selected to monitor
this production. We feel it is important for us to have an
expert in the multi-media video field whom our panel members
can consult. We therefore request that, if at all possible,
someone from your office be identified to assist us on this
project. We estimate this person would have to spend a maximum
of only one hour per week over the next six to eight months in
assisting us.
