In recognition of your acknowledged experience and expertise
in resource management we invite you to address the Advanced
Intelligence Seminar on the topic of "Future Prospects for the
U.S. Government/Nation in View of Declining Resources" on
November 14, 1985 from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.
The Seminar as one of our senior developmental courses is
designed for senior intelligence officers (grade GS-14 - GS-15)
who will be in positions to influence Agency response to domestic
and foreign trends over the next five years. The course goal is
to expose these officers to alternative viewpoints and perspectives
on intelligence and its role in a democratic society. We ask our
speakers to prepare no more than 50 minutes of prepared remarks
in order to allow for an indepth seminar discussion and question
and answer session.
