SUBJECT: Career Trainee Graduation Ceremony
1. We have rescheduled the graduation ceremony for career
trainees who have recently completed the program and would like
to invite you to address this group of trainees
on Monday, 14 April 1986 at 1000 hours in Room Headquarters.
You attended a similar ceremony last August, and the career
trainees reacted favorably to your talk and were appreciative of
your taking the time to speak to them. These graduating
trainees whose program lasted about one year, represent all four
directorates.
2. We would like you to participate in a similar fashion
this time, that is, to make some brief remarks of an
inspirational nature and to present program certificates to
individual career trainees.
3. A'list of graduates and a sample certificate are
attached. Should you be unable to participate in this ceremony
we pr?noo invite the Executive Director to substitute for
you.
