Center for the Study of Intelligence
(OTE/CSI) since January 1985.

2. has undertaken for
OTE/CSI the research and
writing of a Demographic Profile of
the Agency's Population over
time. The study, proposed three years ago by the Editorial Board of
Studies in Intelligence, has been directed
by the Associate Deputy
Director for Administration. Drawing
upon data available in the
Offices of Personnel, Medical Services, and Training and Education,
and elsewhere, the Profile is designed to assist in recruiting,
