SUBJECT: Disruption of CT Training Cycle
1. I am writing to express m disma- at the action of one
of the members of your staff, S ecifica , he
unilaterally effected the withdrawal of a
DI-sponsored CT, from a required course in a rogram even
though he had been advised by both the Chief, Career Trainee
Division and the Chief, Management Branch, Career Trainee
Division that this was not an acceptable solution to his
staffing problem. We are particularly disturbed that

integrity and quality of the training provided our Career
