1. Your approval is requested to hire) as an
Independent Contractor on an intermittent basis for a period of
one year effective 1 July 1986.
3. The Office of Trainin and Education's Language Training
Division (OTE/LTD) requires services as a French language
operational expertise to assist in the development and successful
implementation of operations-related language role-plays. OTE
currently does not have a staff employee who is sufficiently
qualified to provide the services outlined above. The sporadic
nature of the work makes staffing with a regular employee
impractical.
