Dear General Gray:
The Agency's 40th Anniversary celebration on 30 September was a huge
success due in part to the magnificent ceremony performed by the U.S. Marine
Drum and Bugle Corps, Color Guard, and Silent Drill Team. We had lovely
weather and the celebration was enjoyed by a large number of Agency
employees. Please express our thanks and appreciation to all the participants
who contributed to a very successful event.
